These terms apply when a vehicle is left with Paradise Parking. Please read them before confirming your parking arrangements.
Vehicles are left with Paradise Parking subject to the vehicle owner’s applicable insurance cover. To the extent permitted by law, Paradise Parking does not accept liability for loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, hail, fire, natural disaster or similar events.
Paradise Parking does not accept responsibility for pre-existing defects or ordinary mechanical and vehicle-condition issues, including faulty bulbs, windscreens, side mirrors, punctures, chips, scratches, interior condition or similar matters that were not caused by Paradise Parking. Customers must ensure that their vehicles are roadworthy before handover.
Parking is charged according to the confirmed stay. Late returns and additional days are charged separately at the applicable rate. Please contact Paradise Parking as soon as possible if your return date changes.
Customers must leave sufficient fuel in the vehicle for any agreed vehicle movement, airport handover or collection arrangements.
Remove money, electronics and other valuables before handing over the vehicle. Paradise Parking does not accept responsibility for personal belongings left inside the vehicle, to the extent permitted by law.
By handing over the vehicle and its keys, the customer authorises Paradise Parking to move and park the vehicle as reasonably required for the agreed parking service and the safe operation of the facility.
Rates, payment method and payment timing are confirmed directly with Paradise Parking. Where an EFT is arranged, the customer must verify the account details directly with Paradise Parking before making payment.
