Paradise Parking Services CC, trading as Paradise Parking, provides airport-parking and related vehicle-care services in South Africa. For POPIA purposes, Paradise Parking Services CC is the responsible party.

We may collect your name, contact details, travel dates, vehicle registration, make, model and colour, communications, booking instructions, payment-related information and limited technical website information.
We collect information mainly when you call, contact us through WhatsApp, send an email or otherwise communicate with Paradise Parking. Limited technical information may be collected automatically through ordinary hosting, security and cookie technologies.
We use information to respond to enquiries, confirm pricing and availability, arrange handover and collection, administer payments, protect customers and vehicles, comply with legal obligations, and operate and improve the website.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it only when reasonably necessary with authorised staff and service providers, professional advisers, banks, payment providers or authorities where required or permitted by law.
Third-party communications providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies, including outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards where required by POPIA.
